ANNOUNCE “PERFECT PAIRING” IN PRINCE EDWARD COUNTY
Exclusive partnership brings Art and Wine Together

Prince Edward County, July 2023 -- ANDARA Gallery in Bloomfield and Sandbanks Estate Winery in Wellington announce they have developed an exclusive partnership that provides a “perfect pairing” of art and wine to their clientele.
ANDARA Gallery is now the exclusive curator and provider of fine art paintings and photography by ANDARA Gallery artists Tara Wilkinson and Andrew Csafordi in the Sandbanks Estate Winery Tasting Room, Wine Boutique and Private Tasting Bar. Visitors to Sandbanks Estate Winery can purchase any works of art they see on display. Visitors to ANDARA Gallery will be treated to a free Tasting Passport to enjoy at Sandbanks Estate Winery (a value of $20).
And in celebration of their mutual support of the 2023 PEC Jazz Festival, ANDARA Gallery’s Co-Owner/Artist Andrew Csafordi will be providing an onsite demonstration of the ancient encaustic technique of painting with melted beeswax at the winery on August 17th during the performance of the Alison Young Quintet at 2:00 PM. 
Andrew will also be doing this demonstration on other select dates throughout the summer.
In turn, Sandbanks Estate Winery will be the official wine partner to ANDARA Gallery’s PEC Jazz Festival event featuring the Hannah Barstow Trio on August 18th from 2-4 PM. Sandbanks will offer their wines by the glass and charcuterie boxes for purchase to enjoy during the performance. “We are delighted to be collaborating with Sandbanks Estate Winery”, says Tara Wilkinson, Co-Owner/Artist of ANDARA Gallery. “Together, we are creating more experiences for visitors to enjoy fine art and wine together.” “When we visited ANDARA Gallery and saw their stunning collection of fine art paintings and photography – we just knew they were a natural fit. ABOUT SANDBANKS ESTATE WINERY
In 2001, Founder Catherine Langlois purchased and planted 5+ acres of vines along the picturesque shores of Lake Ontario. Her first harvest was completed in 2003 when she produced 150 cases of Baco Noir, which she sold exclusively to restaurants and bars in the local area. In 2004, she opened a wine boutique in the basement of her home that was built on the property. In 2007, PEC became a VQA designated area and the following year, Sandbanks Estate Winery received their first listings in the LCBO. In 2020, Sandbanks was purchased by ARTERRA Wines Canada. Today, there are over 30 brands in total, with 16 of those brands at the LCBO. Sandbanks Estate Winery offers a tasting room and boutique, a barrel room, unique tasting experiences, large outdoor picnic area with tasting bars, a food truck and calendar packed with lively events year-round.
