We are working artists inspired by Prince Edward County and our world travels. We love to share our passion for our art and this beautiful old farm with art lovers, buyers and collectors from all over the world. You’ll find stunning encaustic paintings by Andrew Csafordi in our newly-constructed contemporary ANDARA Gallery (open year-round) and in our magnificent restored century-old BARN Gallery open seasonally from April thru October. Andrew is a master of the ancient technique of painting with melted beeswax ... combining oil pigments and demar resin, painted with brushes on a wooden surface to create luminous layers. He then goes a step beyond … adding wood, wire, fibre or other mixed media to go beyond the board … and your imagination. |
