ANDARA Gallery and Sandbanks Estate Winery continue their exclusive partnership by providing “cool” art and wine to the Boutique this summer!
ANDARA Gallery is the exclusive curator and provider of fine art paintings and photography to Sandbanks Estate Winery. This summer, the winery is proud to present Tara Wilkinson’s “VoICE” exhibition of photographs from Iceland in the Wine Boutique and Private Tasting Bar. Visitors can purchase any works of art they see on display. “voICE” features images that capture the hidden details and the raw and exquisite beauty of melting icebergs from Europe's largest ice cap, the Vatnajökull Glacier in Iceland. Tara’s soulful images will take you up close to show you the hidden details within the ice and fill your senses. ANDARA Gallery is an award-winning gallery in the heart of Prince Edward County. Surrounded by beautiful gardens, the contemporary art gallery is filled with natural light featuring fine art paintings and photography on two floors. ANDARA Gallery has been ranked on the Top 10 Best Art Galleries in Ontario by TripAdvisor. ANDARA Gallery is located at 54 Wilson Road, just off of Highway 62 in Prince Edward County and is open daily year-round from 11 AM to 5 PM. Sandbanks Estate Winery is located at 17598 Loyalist Pwky (Hwy 33), Wellington in Prince Edward County. The winery is open 7 days a week and most holidays ... from May-October: 11 AM to 6 PM & November to April: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. ABOUT THE SHOW:"voICE" by Canadian fine art photographer, Tara Wilkinson explores the raw and exquisite beauty of melting icebergs from Europe's largest ice cap, the Vatnajökull Glacier. Created through the compression of billions of snowflakes and volcanic ash, each piece of ice is exposing information about the earth’s past ... and future. The exhibition also includes images from some of Iceland’s other diverse and spectacular landscapes – scorched deserts, lush valleys, majestic fjords and snow-covered mountains. |
